Dr. Justin Joseph grew up in Staten Island and now calls Sparta, NJ home, where he lives with his wife and two sons. As the owner of Milford Dental, he takes great joy in being a dentist and helping his patients achieve their best smiles. With a commitment to personalized care, Dr. Joseph is dedicated to making every visit a positive experience for his patients.

Dr. Phillip Dombrovskiy grew up in Brooklyn and started his dental career at the young age of 16. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine and was named Resident of the Year at Mountainside Medical Center. He is known for his calm, thorough patient approach and active involvement in the Spear Study Club. When not at the office, he enjoys quality time with family, precision woodworking, sweet pastries, and dreaming of mastering jazz piano.

Lyndsay brings over twenty years of experience in the dental field, beginning her journey as a dental assistant at her uncle's practice. Her dedication and expertise led to roles as a pediatric treatment coordinator, marketing director, and practice manager, where she has significantly contributed to the success of her teams. Outside the office, Lyndsay cherishes her time as a wife, mother, and grandmother, balancing her professional passion with her love for family.

Kristen is a valued team member recognized for her in-depth expertise in insurance. She diligently manages our claims, ensuring that each submission and appeal is handled with care and attention to detail. When she's not at work Kristen loves spending time with her family and listening to her favorite artists, Taylor Swift and Post Malone. Her commitment to helping others is evident in everything she does.

Danielle came to us from a busy medical practice. She loves to take on new challenges and doesn't shy away from a difficult task. Her steadfast dedication guarantees that each patient's treatment plan is communicated clearly and effectively, maximizing patient benefits whenever she can. Beyond her professional life, Danielle is a proud dog owner who adores her two furry companions. With a passion for helping others, she has volunteered with seniors, making a positive impact in their lives.

Meet Dot, the newest addition to our team! With previous experience working alongside Dr. Boyle, Dot brings a wealth of knowledge and a positive attitude to our office. Her bubbly personality and infectious enthusiasm make her a wonderful part-time member of our team. When she’s not brightening our days at work, you can find Dot enjoying her passion for gardening, taking care of her horses, and working on projects around her house.

Cherry is a dedicated professional with over 30 years of experience working alongside Dr. Boyle. Her extensive knowledge and expertise enhance the practice, making her a valued asset to both patients and colleagues. Cherry thrives on building meaningful relationships, enjoying the camaraderie with her patients and coworkers alike. When she's not in the office, you can find her taking leisurely walks on beautiful days, embracing the joys of nature.
